Fred Astaire in TOP HAT.

This is playing at Film Forum in NY, one of my favorite cinemas.  The dancing’s fantastic.  And it felt so good to be in a crowd of people applauding uproariously for a movie.  However, gotta say, I couldn’t (or didn’t care to) follow the story.  I guess some things benefit from short attention span clip culture.  Skip the talking, get to the dancing!

Fred Astaire is awesome. I guess this is kind of relevant.
